Version 1.42.0 introduces integrated marketing materials within the vMenu package selection screen, giving users direct access to videos, sales tools, guides, and sample contracts while comparing coverage options. Admins now have access to Dashboard KPIs and External Document Management in production for improved analytics testing and document workflow validation, along with clearer messaging on condition-based document display rules. This release also includes several platform refinements, including resolved Test Drive kiosk authentication issues, updated tax handling to remove hardcoded non-taxable state restrictions, and improved waiver font styling for consistent branding across documents.

Dashboard KPIs & External Document Management
We’re excited to announce that our Dashboard and External Document Management features are now live in production!

These features are now available for real-world testing, validation, and everyday use, helping your team get more visibility and control within Virtual F&I.
Implemented dropdown selectors with prepopulated options for rule property values, replacing free-text entry fields. State dropdowns send two-letter state codes as values, Transaction Type and Purchase Type use backend enum values, and Lienholder field includes autocomplete functionality (VFI-2882).
Document Waiver Component Styling
We’ve updated the waiver component so it now uses your correct brand fonts, instead of defaulting to Times New Roman. This ensures a cleaner, more professional look and keeps all your transaction documents aligned with your dealership’s branding.
Kiosk Flow Authentication
Resolved an issue in the Test Drive kiosk flow where customers weren’t receiving their magic link emails after completing Veriff identity verification. The system now correctly sends the authentication link every time. We also updated the backend logic so kiosk sessions can move straight to the email verification step, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for customers using the kiosk.
Reynolds DMS Integration Enhancements for Product Sale flow
MSRP values will now remain intact throughout the VIN decoding process. This ensures the correct manufacturer suggested retail price is always stored and never overwritten during vehicle data processing.
Updated lease transaction processing to pull Finance Amount from Gross Cap Cost field rather than AmtFnc, with proper purchase price calculation rules that add taxes and fees only for Cash transactions while using selling price alone for Finance and Lease (VFI-2905).
Dashboard Analytics Infrastructure
Created a new background process that helps keep your documents up to date automatically. When a deal is marked “Sold,” the system will now create the appropriate documents for you. If a deal is “Voided,” those documents will be safely removed.
Designed “Eligible” badge for transaction lists indicating completed transactions qualifying for Car Registration, with proper integration into existing transaction status display patterns.

vMenu: Marketing Materials on Packages List
Customers can now access marketing materials when comparing package options by clicking the info icon next to products. Materials display in an expanded area showing videos, sales tools, guides, and contracts. System follows existing Product List view patterns where videos and sales tools open in modals while guides and contracts trigger downloads (VFI-2885).
When switching between products within the same package, smooth transition animations move upward or downward based on relative product positions. On mobile devices, materials appear directly below product information without animations. Feature works in both full screen and condensed view modes, with scroll behavior ensuring selected packages remain visible in viewport.
